Ingredients
1 kg Chicken, cut into medium to large size pieces
1 tsp salt

1 lemon juice
11/4 cup plain yogurt
½ and onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp red food color
2 tsp chopped coriander
1lemon chopped into wedges
How to cook
Preparation time 25 minutes

Marination takes 6 to 24 hours
Clean
the chicken pieces cut them lengthwise, place in a dish. Sprinkle salt and
lemon on both sides of the chicken. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Take
another bowl mix yogurt, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and red chili
powder. Mix until it is a smooth mixture. Stir in red food color. Spread yogurt
mixture over the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours – longer is
better.
Heat
the grill on medium height and lightly oil the grate.
Place
the chicken on the grate and cook it until it is no longer pink and the juice
runs. Garnish with coriander and lemon wedges.
You can
also cook in an oven. To do it you need to preheat the oven at 450 degrees.
Cook it until 25 to 30 minutes or until
it is done.
